We have been selling our Bright Bots Potty Trainin

We have been selling our Bright Bots Potty Training Pants for over 2 decades.
Over that time we have updated their sizing and changed from polyester and plastic based core to PUL and 100% cotton terry core. So many of our competitors stayed with or still contain Plastic/Polyester long after we made the switch for a better product.

Potty training is a hot topic currently with toddlers training ever later and many children not school ready. In the two decades since we started selling the potty training pants we have seen our best selling sizes go from M/L to L/EXL which reflects this delay.

We are starting a program to work with parents and childcare providers to try and reverse this trend.

Advice from Eric children's bladder and bowel charity is that toilet learning is best done between 18m and 30m and we support this.

Not only is earlier potty training better for children's bladder and bowel health but it is saves on the number of nappies used, costs and waste generated.

It is not easy to potty train, and never was, but if children were trained on average by 18months decades ago it should still be possible now.

We can hear it now - a parent’s first touch of our muslin squares… 😢

The truth is, they’re not going to feel soft enough for your baby straight out of the packet. You need to wash them first! 😄

It’s a ‘trust’ the process’ situation. The more you wash them, the softer and more absorbent they’ll get!

As you can see from the video, the washed version is a LOT more absorbent. That’s because it has been washed. We advise washing ALL items before use to remove any traces of factory residue.

Our 100% cotton muslins can be washed at 40°C, then tumble dried or line dried. There’s no shrinkage or crumpling - we’ve built them to last! 💪
